Hello,
I wanted to give an update and post the link to an article that appeared online about the accident.
The next hearing is scheduled for Febuary 6th. I know there are many of you who have written letters to the district attorney's office about the incident and if there are some who still want to here is the information to do so. We have been told it helps to show the respect and degree to which my dad was a part of the online cycling community.

It is really starting to sink in the he is no longer with us, as it is begining to manifest in everyday little things...I still catch myself thinking I need to send this article to dad, he would get a kick out of it...or not getting his e-mails about some sort of mindless drivel.
