I have tried many diets. I lose weight but struggle.

I now renounce all diets. Food is not good or bad. I may eat what I want. I will ride my bike and not worry about calories, fat and such.....

Man, I feel free!

I kind of agree with you on this. However, I could never make a conscious change in nutritional habits based solely on a single article. I will need, at a minimum, a book, a web site, a 30-minute infomercial offering devices "not available in stores," and a support group before I'd embark on this new lifestyle. :D

Eating a lot of ice cream does not make you a bad person.
Probably make you a fat person, but not a bad one.
