BMX - Quarterpipe help????

I don't know what it's called, but how do you ramp up quarterpipe then 180 and go back down. I can do 180s on the ground, but haven't tried it on quarterpipe yet cause I don't know how to. If I did it now, i would probably eat it. Please help help help!!!

Seriously though, I'm open to suggestions about these somewhat pointless threads that keep popping up, and then going off topic halfway through the first page. Any suggestions from anyone would be appreciated.

I say merge all of Predator, M.C., and CrazyBMXers's threads into one giant retardothread of epic proportions. And then disable their ability to make new threads (if you guys don't have that mod installed on the board, I'll be very disappointed in your lack of webmastery).
