The color and components look correct for that model and year. Not sure about decals on top tube/no Raleigh decals on downtube. But those components look correct and look like a nice gruoppo. If it was a 58cm seat tube I would buy it, but that 34" stepover is about 1.5" too tall for me. I found a pic on Bulgier site in '83 catalog that looks just like it except for decals and left chrome chain stay.

That would be an '83, built in Worksop, but the derailleurs are definitely not original. With the changes to the components, and the uncertainty from the seller about what it is, it could end up going cheap.
