So, I have been looking all over for the 98' predator accelerators, and I found them. I got a UK 11.5 and are on route to my house as we speak. Since they are one of the most sought after boots in the world right now, they are strickly game cleats.(maybe the first day I get them I'll show them off at practice, but after that its strickly games. :D )
So, I'm gonna need a pair that I can practice in, and play some matches in, when I feel like wearing those and not the predators(when its mudding, or the ground doesnt look to good, or when I just dont feel like wearing the predators)but I dont want studs. I have been looking at vapors, and hummels(I like hummels because noone else around me wears them, I have a pair of silver anniversary hummels right now). Are there any other suggestions.
Here are the cleats im considering, but any other suggestions are welcome.
(the color of the vapors are the only ones I like.)
(Those are predator accelarator pics of the cleats I own.)

Advice from a former ref: Wear black shoes, or be prepared to be called on fouls more often. No, not because the refs don't like you, but because it will be really obvious who did it.

Yea I know about that kinda thing. When I would play, and I would see a kid in a very, showy color, II would go out of my way to step on his feet. I guess I should take my own advice.

Pred's are an absolute waste of money.... It doesnt matter what you put on the foot, its the foot that does all the work.

i still have my (non predator) accelerator Liga's from 97 (or maybe it was 98, i forget) they are still going strong, but they need to be replaced sometime soon because the blades are almost toast.

eh, I wouldnt say they are a waste of money, I think there awesome. I like the fashion aspect of soccer, thats not why I play it though. That may sound a little superficial, but when you consider that Christiano Ronaldo is my idol :D. I do play for the love and passion I have for the game, but I like to look and feel my best out there. I also want confort. So I need a pair of boots to practice in and play in. What you think about the vapors?

ok, i was a little drunk when i said the first thing, what i meant to say is, that the the extra money you spend to get a wee little bit of rubber on the toe, is an absolute waste of money. Its the mechanics of the foot that will give you 99% of your power/control.
I would much rather have an ugly shoe that feels great, than have a pretty snazzy looking shoe, and have it feel like nails are sticking into my feet.
Those vapors are pretty sweet looking, but havent seen them in person yet.
You should look into buying a pair of Puma Kings. they areee sweeeeeeeeettttt.

Puma kings are classics. My brother had a pair until he caught the hummel bug.
Hmmm, they are a really good shoe at a really good price, I will consider.
