I am looking for a little help. Just recieved my first bike with clipless pedals. Do all clipless shoes go with any clipless pedal?

Nope, the pedals and the cleats that go on the shoes must be compatible. Most shoes will take a couple of different kinds of cleats though, eg Look and SPD.

If you've never used clipless before, go back to your bikeshop and get them to give you a demonstration on the correct technique for clipping and unclipping.
