Hello,
I am joining a triathlon club at my school, and I need to order a bike from a company in a few days (they get a discount because of sponsorship). I am going to get the KHS Flite 300, but I don't know what size to get! There is no sizing information on the website at all. I'm thinking that I should get a Medium frame. I am 5'4. Any advice? Thanks!

I think small is probably a better guess. But that's just my opinion. I would probably get a medium and I'm 5'10".
Here's the geometry and sizing. Just scroll down to the Flite 300 section.

Ask a local bike shop which size would fit you best. I'm 5'9" and use a small in the Trek-TT, my road bike is a 54 - but every bike mfg. is different.

I'm 5'6" and my bike frame is considered a small. Will you be doing much more growing, do you think?
