Bike Frame Size???

Hello,
I am joining a triathlon club at my school, and I need to order a bike from a company in a few days (they get a discount because of sponsorship). I am going to get the KHS Flite 300, but I don't know what size to get! There is no sizing information on the website at all. I'm thinking that I should get a Medium frame (They offer small, medium, large, and extra large). I am 5'4. Any advice? Thanks!
