It's an old bike designed to have a more comfortable, upright riding position while not sacrificing weight.

Called a "Dursley-Pederson"design.This design dates back to 1896!In 1896 they weighed in at 18-20 lbs---Even today that's light.---not sure how much these weigh in at,most likely a little over 20lbs---Oh they were said to be very comfortable bikes to ride too---sam
