Interesting. Did the owner actually reverse all the controls too? That car wouldn't be street legal driving in that direction in the US however because of things like frontal impact standards and the fact that the "rear" lights are standard headlamps (with lack of proper "rearward" facing brakelights) among other things. I think most of the driving done in the video would be considered driving in reverse. I know in many states here, the law classifies that driving in reverse for more than 400 feet as a moving violation.

By the way, it looked like there were two people in the car: one facing forward and one facing backwards, and each had their own wheel, so the steering was somewhat "coordinated."

Coordinated to me implies that the tail end of the vehicle is either travelling along the same logitudinal axis or turning through the same arc as the forward section. Whoever was steering the back end of that car was definately not "stepping on the ball". The car was in a sideslip much of the time.

I'll agree on that, but I think the sideslip or "crab walking" was intentional to freak out the other drivers more.
