Training & Nutrition - High calorie supplement?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Hello
I've always had a hard time eating enough to maintain my 150 lbs due to a fast metabolism, and riding only makes that problem worse. I've been using Boost Plus/Ensure Plus to supplement my diet which are reasonably well balanced high-calorie drinks; the problem is that those little bottles are expensive and generate a lot of trash. Does anyone make a powdered equivalent that I can buy in bulk?
Edit: I know that Ensure sells its regular stuff in the powdered form, but it has significantly fewer calories than Ensure Plus.
Thanks
Hi,
ever try cheesecake? Check out the Protein Factory website.

I think 30,000 calories apiece should do it! :)

Or... check out the Cheesecake factory website :D
:D Thanks guys, but I'm looking for a healthy non-bulky solution. I already eat huge quantities of real food.

So... have some greasy thick creamy cheesy foods. Fettucine alfredo/carbonara is some the most calorie-dense foods I've found. You can take in 1000 calories of carbs, 500 calories of protein, 2000 calories of fat for a total of 3500 calories in a single plate! Add some extra bacon and pastrami from that sandwich and you can be over 4000 calories. :)
