are most cyclocross frames spaced in the rear at 130 or 135mm?

130mm same as road bikes

They vary, but a lot are at 130 mm.

The Kelly CX frame is at 135 mm.
The Surly Cross-check is at 132.5 so you can go either way.
There are a few others I can't think of, but most stock CX frames will be 130 mm.

I would assume most disc compatable cross bikes would be 135. Key word assume.
