Anyone heard of Windsor touring bikes? they seem relatively inexpensive, but i dont know.

I've tried to find some sort of review guide on the web for touring bikes, but i find very little actual reviews. i have a lot of tips and things of the sort, but i havent really found reviews. So i was wondering if there was an actual guide like ars technica's computer guide (http://arstechnica.com/guides/buyer/system-guide-200601.ars) . I think it would be awesome if something like this existed for touring bikes.

i bought a windsor touring a few weeks ago... as long as you realize that you're buying a windsor, and not a 1000 dollar trek 520, you'll be pretty happy. the components are pretty good and the frame is straight. the rack it came with is a p.o.s. but that's not really a big issue. but as far as available information goes, there's not much. try finding people on ebay who have bought them and send them an email asking them if they liked them or not. i've gotten a few questions about my purchase already.
