I used them this past season and they worked fine, but I have little to compare them against, except lots of mtb tires.

I ran them pretty much for 18 races this past season with great luck. I never had an ounce of trouble with them and they still look brand new except for the mud stuck to them. I did use the Specialized Airlock tubes with them. My only complaint was they seemed to fill with mud and didn't really clean out to well but that was only in real sticky mud that wouldn't even wash off. I would buy another set right now and I I have recommended to freinds who now swear by them.
