Does anyone here know anything about the Scattante road frame. Has anyone ridden one of these?

I am thinking about buying one of these.

Check this out (http://www.supergo.com/itemdisplay.asp?compflag=0&parentid=20591&company=Scattante&secid=7559&subid=1818)

I have a friend riding one and he likes it. Mainly for the price.

Please note and ask many questions on warranty if this is a concern.

For my friend he didn't care if it broke within a year.

If it is a concern. And by this I mean, if this is a big purchase for you and an investment then please ask.

Many house brands carry bad warranties as they may no longer make that model next year thus no warranties. Please contact Supergo and get in writting somewhere the exact policy.

Please do not fall for the lifetime warranty bit.

My new Scattante frame showed up today. I took it down to my LBS and put it on their scale. It weighed in at 2.25 lbs!!!

I plan on building it the weekend.
