Foo - Who is this person?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
...and I'm not referring to a BF member user I.D.
I suspect this is a person of some notoriety, and I'm just curious to find out who he is and what makes him noteworthy.
Thanks!

Interesting read on Baader here:

The photos on file don't seem to quite match up, although Baader has similar features.

What do you think? Any other suggestions?

I think we may have a winner. That, or it's someone closely associated with Baader. Searching for pics on Google, one comes across the pic I've attached below. It appears the avatar mentioned in the original post is a more complete scan from the same image, flipped horizontally. Notice that the stray strands of hair are in the same place, and even the shadows (or bruises or bad makeup or whatever) above the cheekbone are in the same place.
Good work, Jschen!
I thought I had scanned through all of the Google images, but I apparently missed that one.
OK, Baader it is. Quite an unsavory fellow, but died under mysterious circumstances nonetheless...
edit:
Well, this exercise gave me the opportunity to brush up a bit on Jean-Paul Sartre, who interviewed Baader in prison before his death.
Thanks again!

I think that was just a picture he used at the barber shop so he could get the same hair cut.
