Touring - Changes to Nashbar Frame

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I was just looking at the Nashbar touring frame. Seems to me they have changed the fork, it now has sloping shoulders, not lugs with a crown as on the Surly. It also only has one eyelet. I don't see any sign of the mid fork rack mounts but the picture isn't that great. Are these changes? Or maybe I just didn't remember it properly. The frame doesn't have rack braze-ons in evidence either. There are three water bottle mounts.

I can see a small hole mid-fork, just above the bend in the fork. There are 2 holes on each dropout for mounting racks and fenders. I can't tell if there is extra spoke holder on the chainstay though, I think the previous one had that.
for an extra $100 though I'd get the Utility Blue LHT... I wish I could justify building a new bike, but mine works just fine.
