I want to be a strong rider but I got only 1(sunday) Day a week to train. Is that posible?

Do you have time during the week to exercise, not saying bike(train) but just exercise? if so, weight train.. run, cross train.. etc.

A proper weight training program will greatly improve your riding. Although fitting in more rides would do the most for your strength on a bike.

Ride your bike in the living room, basement, garage, wherever on the nights you aren't running or weight training. That will increase your weekly mileage.

do isometric exercises that will help you. sit against a wall and hold it as long as possible. start there.
