Foo - 2 Margaritas, a glass of wine... and back at work on a Friday night

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Just had to state that I just walked two blocks from my friend's appartment that I was hanging out at back up to work to try to get a program to work for my Vice Pres. That is all. How's your friday night?

If you're in a college town that might be kind of easy since most college kids like to go PARTATAYYY on friday night.

Ahhh.... some music, now that's what I need.
In all fairness it's really not programming that I'm having to do. Just trick a SQL report into working for me just enough to get a sample over to the VP who needs to show it to a client on Monday morning. I can fix the stupid bug later on Monday, just as long as he has something in his hands showing that it's 'going to work like this later today'
;)

I was chillin watching a TiVo'ed episode of 'The Office' not my favorite, but better than trying to kick around SQL enough to run a Excel report that I didn't write, but had to modify now probably a half dozen times. It's erroring for the VP because of an bug I created trying to slice dice and glue this thing back together for him this afternoon with very very very little in the way of testing. aka: it worked for me, get it out to the test server!

i hate being around drunk and high people, plus they aren't very entertaining.

In the immortal words of jeff foxworthy, "Chauffering drunk people is no fun because their biggest ambition is to pee inthe .. but if you get suckered into doing it then have fun. Stop at every gas station and pretend to fill up gas and make them pay.", "Dang dude this car's gas mileage sucks". Or drop them off at the wrong damnplace, preferably in their boss' front yard. - made some *hot* salsa and guac dip for when Madame arrives home from her 1,500-mile weekly commute... chicken-n-cheese quesadillas are also on tap for the oven...
- add some freshly squeezed lime, triple sec, and a shot of Cabo Wabo and life is good!
:-)
Well, home at last... 10:50pm. Sad thing is, the VP is still at the office! Remind me to stay a little cog in a big company instead of a big cog in a little company. ;)
At least now I can go to bed knowing what I have to fix on monday. Nothing major, and at the very least it only made it to test before we found this bug. Which of course, is the whole reason for test. :)
Night all, I'm going to sleep off the last of this buzz I have and wake up in the morning ready to hit the road. So the question is - what bike do I ride? Fast Roadie, Vintage Roadie, or mountain bike? The mtb is somewhat out of the running as we had rain this morning enough to keep the trails wet for at least the next 24-48hrs.
