I'm giving chocolate Rice Dream a shot. It's not makin' me puke, but it doesn't taste like chocolate milk, either. Not that I really expected it to (Hey, it ain't milk), but hmm.

trying not to lose my dinner.
Just got off the trainer, climbed the Col de Peyrossourde route in 39 minutes even. Avg 238 watts for that 39 minutes....new record for me, but I had to hold my LT or just above almost the entire time.
I'm rather tired now.
I think it's time for bed.
Goodnight, foo

Have you tried almond milk? I think there is a chocolate variety and I think it is one of the better tasting milk substitutes out there. Goes great with granola and chai, too!

Goes great with granola and chai, too!Nope, this is my first foray into the genre. I was wandering the organic section in the grocery store, and had a "hey, what the hell, why not?" moment. :)
I don't plan to switch from regular milk, as I love it a lot. I was just curious.

Busy busy busy. Hope everybody's doing well. I'm not posting much, but I'll do my best to keep tabs on how all you Foosters are doing.

I just rolled in from another fun night at the shop where yet another fixed gear was christened and sent on it's way...
Now I have to feed the squeaking pig and and then unwind for a little while... not that I am feeling at all tense.
A doctor's spouse just approved my snack of mango sorbet tonight. Yay! I love ice cream and sorbet.
