I'm just opening up the bike shop for what may be a really quiet night since it's f f f freezing.
I spent 90% of my day working outside and although I'd be warm if I was on a bike, I felt like a human Popsicle.
Now I'm gonna install that new steel chain-ring on my fixed gear.

A garbage plate is home fries and macaroni salad with a cheeseburger minus the bun on tops, plus their special sauce, plenty of ketchup and hot sauce. The most perfect drunk food ever.

I told my bro' and sis', who both still live in the HT, to let that person know that I'm not dissin', but simply not payin' and that all communications should pass via my 'rents, who still live in the same farkin' place, and are one of the few of that last name in the whole farkin' city! :eek:

Getting ready to clean out one of my fishies. Hoping my pics came out that I took while riding in the snow ... and right now watching my little kitty just absolutely curl up and love sleeping on my bed, what a little tiger face he has ... Oh yeah and I'm having a WAHHH FREAKIN HOOOOO BEER cuz I did a 2 hour snow ride and it was fun!
I so crazy! Put my platforms back on the main mtb so I can just wear a lightweight rainproof/thinsulate boot - cleaned the chain and put on a more wet lube and the bike rode sweet, even after getting frustrated with traffic and hopping the sidewalk and heading up thru some funky trails (OK, went thru some people's yards) into some side woods off the beaten path :)

I didn't see the sense in paying to join either. I'd registered about 5 years ago and not thought anything of it since. And then I get this e-mail out of the blue. craziness, I tell ya!

Actually, what Monday was tasting was the pistachio ice cream I spilled on my Boomtown Rats t-shirt last night. Either that or the blood. Check with them and let me know. Thanks.

Enjoying some hot chocolate briefly, then it's off to school. Today's essentially the last day to work on a major project that still needs a TON of work :eek:. Can't wait for this weekend, by Thursday at 11am all my projects will be done and I'll just have 2 easy exams left! Then I will be done college! :beer:

Few more minutes until the coffee vendor is open... in the mean time settling in with my laptop and heated mittens, it was a chilly commute to school. Can't wait to be working full time again so I can maybe get a bike for winter commuting (I can afford it, but have no room to store it). Then I will just need to move in to the city and commuting will be easy, the current bike commute requires a few km of climbing on twisty roads with no street lights where people drive like idiots, I'm a little nervous about riding up there at night in the winter.

mmmm...appple fritters. Is what I had already, since I was running late thanks to the kid and traffic. Stopped at my favorite donut shop and got a fritter to tide me over.
But I'll meet you in Mississippi (half way point I think) and split some coffee.
