Oh it's real easy. I did mine, it's nothing but ......well I did have to customize it. But it works fine. If you do, don't forget to get the 160 thermostat to keep things cool. I felt it really made a difference in power. The neat thing about the progammer is that everything is totally illegal for me here in Cali until I get to the smog station. I empty out the memory, re-install original specs and get the test. Every time I have passed with flying colors. I go around the corner, and reprogram, and viola! Totally illegal again!

What kind of engine do you have? 350? Also, how many HP? I would imagine if your Formula is as heavily modded as you make it seem that its pushing more than 400 horses.

The Formula is nothing compared to the Trans Am. I never dyno'd it. LT1 350. They have the same motor but the T/A is the one that is tweaked. I didn't mess with it that much though, just enough to kill a mustang or three. And keep up with the Corvettes in my car club. :p

Being sweaty and covered in spiderwebs...so I'm covered in sweaty spiderwebs, basically.
I'm waiting for my reaction to be done so that I can deal with it and go home. Just e-mailed my best friend to let him know I'm there for him since his wife left me a voice message letting me know about a painful discussion they had tonight. (I'd call, but it's well past midnight over there.)
Oh, and I took my iMac in for service since it wouldn't start up today without errors (after many attempts). I was hoping to put it off until Wednesday because I was afraid the holiday would mean a long service time. Much to my surprise and relief, though, the turnaround for replacing my motherboard (bad capacitors) and power supply (preemptively replaced in case it's contributing) under warranty was 6 hours. I'll pick my computer back up first thing tomorrow.
THERE ARE NO FRIENDLY TUSH TOUCHES. [...] Trust me.
Okay, seeing as I wasn't aware of the above, I need more clarification of what the boundaries of "friendly" are. Is unsolicited rubbing of someone's back (for a few seconds) simply friendly? Or am I supposed to think something of it if K--while on the job--comes up to me unannounced from behind, rubs my back a few seconds, asks a rhetorical "how is everything?" and walks off to tend to her work? (Not that I'm complaining or anything... if she didn't catch me completely off guard busily eating my salad, I might have been tempted to respond in some way.)
If it matters any, K wasn't the one involved in the tush touching. (That was J, her roommate.) K was the one I played a game of pool with a week ago. I hadn't seen her since then until tonight.
Almost done with work. To the US-based people, happy Independence Day! (ie Just Another Work Day for BDG and me)

Peace out....

Have to be in a parade for my company. I'm thinking of ducking out because I know, I JUST know (actually I was told by some of them) that the employees will be throwing rocks and maybe eggs at the float. And these are my friends here, giving me a warning....
We all really love each other, they just can't stand the way the upper management operates the company. Awwww gee.....What excuse can I use to get out of it???

how about just doing what you're suppose to do and have the police take care of folks that are disturbing the peace.
SBW - My friend who's a real big TA guy has LOTS of toys for his car that he's selling. Wheels, tires (most of it brand new), racing seats, modified Porche brakes that will fit, etc. If you're looking for parts, let me know. He maybe able to get his his hands on them.
Also, if anyone wants a 450HP Mazda RX-7, let me know.

Being in the parade is an option. They suggested management to appear but it is not mandatory (and on our OWN time). And they won't be disturbing the peace, just the CEO of the company! :p Trust me, the guy is so disliked, he has body guards constantly around him whenever he is in public, and he also has high security at his home. Even the investors are trying to get rid of him. The guy has really hurt a lot of people as well as the company. I'm sure that rocks and eggs won't really do him the harm that he's done to the employeees. But hey, I'm not feeling too well, so I probably will be no where around.

Thanks for the tip. I'll get a hold of you via PM if I need to. I just installed a Baer drilled and slotted 3 piece brake system on it with eradispeeds. Rotors were even dipped! I had to save for a long while to get those babies. One problem, though. I accidentally got the race version. So they are noisy as heck.
So when you tap on the brakes, your nose is on the front windshield? NICE! :)

hummm.. I understand that last time i checked trowing rocks is even more then disturbing the peace, but also considered an assault on someone.
and if it's not mandatory then i guess you dont need an excuse to not participate. and yes, usually community events are on your own time, they are a chance to get involved and feel like a part of the community, usually something free to offer to others. Just dont go if you dont want to, noone is forcing ya!

Most important thing about roman candle fights is to wear as little as possible. I have my Magnum PI shorts and a cheap pair of tennis shoes. Anything more is asking for a white hot chunk of burning hell pressed against your skin.

As promised, my computer was ready for pickup. So I'm back to having a computer at my desk. Yay. :) And there was sufficiently little backlog of consulting work that I feel comfortable billing this month as if my computer was never down in the first place. Yay again. Having a computer for some minor distractions makes work (where I am now) a bit more bearable.

Says the man looking to turn his detec car into a sleeper racer...
Wassup all! Don't blow your fingers off!
Ok, so today was psycho. I smoked ribs, didn't particularly turn out so great. But at 8:30 we went over to the church parking lot and basically everyone lit off their fireworks. It was a great idea, 10 sets of fireworks into one show. We were crazy, lighting fountains, jumping over them. Being loud, being obnoxious, having lots of fun. Then we had a crazy idea to tell our parents we were "going to dennys" wink wink. But by the time we finally agree to do it, everyone wants to come, so there is like 9 of us. We really were just lying and were going to go light our bottle rockets, firecrackers, and helicopters on the beach. We had a crazy idea of dueling eachother with roman candles. By the time, we get to jordans house, we are now actually going to dennys. We get there, and we don't even order for 30 minutes. It takes 15 minutes from when we order to get our drinks. Another 30 to get our waters and refills, and the first food doesn't even get to the table for like 1.5-2 hours after we get there. Plus, two people still hadn't gotten there food. Of course all this time has flown by because we are laughing and fooling around and stuff. But then it got serious, when my friend gets his meal. That was apparently had been sitting on the sill for 30 minutes. It was cold and not what he asked for. To make a long story short, we ended up not paying tips, and not paying for his meal. On our way to drop one of the dudes home, my friend driving the car in front of me makes an illegal turn. A cop freakin pulls him over. After all this, half of us want to light fireworks, and half don't. We argue about it for like 10 minutes. His little **** brother feels sick, and doesn't want to lie to his parents. So they went home in their car, and me and 2 other people go to the beach and decide to do it without them. We were getting carried away, lighting a little fire under 50 bottle rockets we had put into the ground. We were happy, got home 1 am. Woot. Got work tomorow.
Thought I'd post my story in this thread too.

The back is fine as long as it's not lasting too long. If she's touching your biceps for an extended period of time (and by this I mean more than a brush) and tush you know there's something more going on there. Rubbing the back - as long as it's not ookie - for a few seconds is fine. Maybe you looked tense?

Don't forget the "accidental" breast brush. If her chest brushes against your body, it could be accidental. If the brush lingers or happens frequently along w/ other close contact, it's not so accidental. Hugs are a kind of exception in that you can't get around the contact, but you or her can control the length of contact and the contact pressure.

The accidental breast brush can be excused based on the size of said breast. For women with larger glands it's just difficult to avoid sometimes - like if she has to step closer to allow someone to pass or something. Yep - complile the data and if you suspect, keep an extra eye out for the touchy behavior.
