Morning Foo. Trying to decide if I feel like making cinnamon buns, but I'm pretty sure the milk I have is, at best, questionable and I don't really feel like getting more...

And I managed to find some videos of one of my polo games on YouTube :D We had a guy out from Halifax one weekend who filmed them and finally got them up on the internet. But cinnamon buns are a completely different matter... you will have to send some here for testing as I am a certified expert in evaluating the quality of bunsus cinnamonsus.

My aunt made the best cinnamon buns in the history of cinnamon buns and really spoiled me... it was probably the fresh milk and freshly churned butter she used.

Unfortunately my milk was.. not so good, so I compromised and made chocolate chip cookies :D

It would appear that my oven is a huge jerk though, it cooks very unevenly. This was my first baking adventure with it. Oh well, I have been offered a newer replacement oven as mine is older than me, so eventually it will be replaced.

You will find that people in hotter climates tend to eat spicier foods. I have been told that this is to promote perspiration and promote body cooling. Not sure if it is a valid theory. If yuo cannot find authenitc Tobasco sauce, PM me your address and I will hook you up.

My dad loved Tabasco so I grew up with it in California. I usually only put it on hot breakfast foods, like omelettes.

I use crystal on biscuits and tacos and chicken.

Just finished putting together my first wheelset - Phil hubs + Fusion rims. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
Now I just need to figure out how much I need to tension the spokes, and how to true without a truing stand.

use your bike's forks and some zip ties. Wrap the ties around the forks, one on each side, turn the extra tail towards the wheel, trim the tail to correct length so that it will just touch the wheel. Now you can adjust clearance by rotating zip tie toward or away from wheel. Hope this makes sense.

Just finished putting together my first wheelset - Phil hubs + Fusion rims. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
Now I just need to figure out how much I need to tension the spokes, and how to true without a truing stand.

Ha! 105 hubs, A719 rims. Beat you by a day or two. :D (I cheated and used my one-armed truing stand. Dishing is my achilles heel though. I had to do the front three times before I got it correct. :o)
