I'm drinking coffee and catching up on BF. It's Friday and work just doesn't hold the interest it did yesterday.
Last monday I ordered the Fuel EX6 as a replacement for the bruiser, and a Soul Loki frame for the bruiser parts. The frame 7k Al, and was on sale direct for $185!!
Just got back from my first ride of the year, remember... I've been sick. Ten miles and the legs feel a bit rubbery, but other than that it felt good to work up a sweat. :)

Wow, Stacey, getting on your bike again after a year must have been a momentous occasion for you. I have read most of your posts for awhile and somehow missed that you were sick. I hope this means you are feeling better. Keep up the good work. :)

Yeah, feeling better every day and finaly getting to a point where I'm going stir crazy. A friend, who runs a computer store, had his mother-in-law die recently asked me to cover his store for him last night and tonight while they went to Florida for the services. With both cars being on the fritz, it being such a beautiful day yesterday and the store being only 3/4 of a mile from home, I decided to air the tires, wash it up and lube the chain so I could ride to & from the store. Well that little jaunt set the bug in me for a REAL ride this morning. Man, it felt GREAT! :D
Sorry BDG, but I don't understand about the jeans. (I feel like a dolt, coz I''ll probably slap my forehead after you 'splain it)

Thanks BDG! Personality is big with me. Someone could be drop dead gorgeous and have a dud of a personality and that would actually turn me off. This women seems to be a complete package and my attraction to her as a person is enhancing my overall attraction to her. So things are going well so far.:)

We don't have Herr's here. I got Archer Farms (Target house brand)...they are soooo much better than Lay's or Cape Cod.
Enough flavor to numb your tongue if you overindulge, and enough crunch that people in the next room know you have chips.
Oh, and BDG, I have orange flavored energy drinks in my fridge :p

I'm just got back from Michigander 15. That will be my Giants last Michigander since the bushings are shot and Giant, being the duche bags that they are, they won't supply replacements. Oh well, I'll just get a Cannondale. My preference would be to get a Raven with the original paperwork and hence the lifetime warranty, but I'm guessing I'll end up settling for a Prophet. But thats all next summer. I'm currently hunting for a good deal on an Iroc. (Kiss my ass enviornmentalists)

Oh yeah, it's carbonated too! Full Throttle "Rage". Good stuff. Only thing that could make it better would be some Creatine in it.
Right now I'm at work (there's nothing to do, but they want me here anyways...I guess it's just to make them feel all warm and cuddly or something), goofing off online, and listening to the new Rammstein album on my discman.

Well Fed ex said the frame will come Turesday, and the Fuel noo idea. Considering I waited 6 months for the Bruiser it could come in at any time!:)

Went to the oakland temple for the pageant last night. Its like a play about the restoration of the church. I'm mormon by the way. 3-4 of my friends were in it, which was awesome. Here are some temple pics from oakland, Ca. Enoy :p

I am trying not to sit on my *really* bruised tailbone. Yesterday on the river I jumped off the 35-foot cliff and hit the water butt-first. Not a good experience. But I'm trying to face my fears (heights being a major one) and so I'm proud I did it nonetheless. oooh... hurts, though. :(

Yeah, it was actually pretty fun until I hit the water. But I have to totally zen out before jumped off, otherwise I psych myself out. It's scary looking that far down!

I'm shellacking my handelbar tape to match my Brooks. I'm not going totally old school since I didn't tie off the tape w/ hemp twine, but I reserve the right to do that at a later date. I've got 5-6 more coats to go to get the handlebars to match the saddle. I should probably mount the cyclocomp on the roadie in between coats, but I'm feeling lazy.
