I swear... I don't want to eat any greasy or oily or cheesy or even yogurt for the rest of the day.

I'd go for a ride to burn off the stuff I ate, but I feel so sick from the foods I ate, I just want to roll over and die :p

I ate what it feels like to be real food for the first time in a week! It was so delicious. Caprese, sushi, and miso soup!

My first belly dance class was a success last night! I think I'm going to enjoy teaching. :)

hi ms.gio!Hey guys. I'm doing fairly well. I get to see the final results of the apartment and decide if we're going to sign the lease. (Yeah, we haven't moved in yet.) At the same, I'm a little weary of moving due to the economic state that our country is in. :/ Besides that, I'm doing fairly well. I had a great workout. I'm starting to notice that I'm getting more toned in my core. :D I think I'm going to go through with taking yoga at the end of the month. I just have to decide which time.

Btw, ginger ale will definitely settle your stomach. I've also found that saltines will help as well. My ex's mother recommended that one night and it helped.
