Foo - Whatcha doin'?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I like my women to look like women... I must be strange or something to have a weakness for delicious curves.
Flat is only good for things like my abs.

Wow, this thread got juicy. Is that always how Foo is when I leave?
On my way to school tonight, I saw a girl laying in the middle of the road surrounded by a few people and an SUV. I also saw her bike laying by the side of the road. Please be careful out there Foosters. :(

Hmm. Maybe THAT's my problem......:o
Oh hell. I'm tomboy and PROUD of it!! With me being so flat I can steal a base in baseball and not leave any nipples behind. I will never have spaghetti sauce marks on my shirts. When at work I can pick up a heavy box, pull it close to carry it safely and nothing gets in the way. I will never have to worry about gravity pullin' things and stretchin' 'em down. And I can do jumping jacks and not hit myself in the chin, okay?? And the best part is, I can use a crawler under my lowered car and not get stuck!! HA!! So THERE! Pfft. :notamused:

There is a very simple procedure to identify a good picture of Siu.
If she is trying to hide (see avatar) or seems unwilling to be photographed, those are bad.
Ones where she is smiling... Well, those are all good. :thumb:

hmmmm, turned on tv a while ago just as background as I get my surround all set up for a game --- and lo and behold - it was "Dr. 90120" (I never watch this stuff) - guess this is a celebrity plastic surgeon. AND who walks into his office a model kinda gurl who thinks her small top shelf is keeping her from film shoots and so she goes into his office and evidently she wears two bras - but he described her (behind camera of course) as the smallest boobish person he's ever seen and pronounced her a:
negative A.
So there we have it. No double, triple or "buad" (that's a top-shelf guad) A's --- it's a negative A.
There. Today I learned something. Carry on.

I am a tomboy, lived in the swamps and fields from about the age 8 till about 14 (then came boys) catching all sorts of creepy crawlers, spiders and turtles, fished, built tree forts, etc - worked on vehicles with the ex, etc ------ and however, I did and do always seem to catch the spaghetti sauce marks on my shirts, usually in the naughty spots. As for crawling under the car .... that jack can be you're friend. :D Also power lifted with the ex for a while yet managed to get around the bumps - but I must say, thank goodness, - that when doing jumping jacks I never hit myself in the chin.

I'm sick. And it sucks. But I just spent $160 on end of season short sleeve jerseys and bibs at PBK. So that makes me feel a little better I guess. Between my PBK tights I bought earlier, and now a PBK short sleeve jersey, I can be all kitted out. Sweet. OCP for the win.

Hola amigos! I just did my fitday. I've only had 625 calories today, but I'm completely full. Did you guys know that a four ounce serving of spaghetti squash only has about 37 calories?

you are my polar opposite...I've racked up lotsa miles (for me) in the last week or so and have managed to gain weight back that I lost! But I have been pigging out - not as much as I used to, but more than I should.

It's all about calories burned vs calories eaten. I've never worked myself so hard as when we were on tour, but I didn't loose any weight. I didn't gain any either, I must have been eating just the right amount of calories to maintain my weight. Fitday is awesome, eh? I haven't used it for a few months and now there's all these new features!

Check out sparkspeople.com - I've used fitday for years and couldn't stand using it after the redesign. Sparks rocks though, tons of great articles. The food lookup is much more accurate than fitday too.

Yeah - I need to check in there, I got lazy and now I'm losing track of everything I stuff in the ol' pie hole. Need to get back on there daily for a while to keep myself honest.
They revamped the site about two months ago; it's really a good resource. We love it.

Was the new fitday too busy iyo? I was a little annoyed at first, being used to the old setup but after a week or two I came to like it.

Piss poor interface design. Meaningless icons, more clicks to get what you need, etc....
Oh wait, I commented about it here (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=342532) before the redesign and then after:
Hmm, the search really sucks. 'Chorizo burrito' brought up 3 pages of returns - none of them contained 'chorizo burrito.' I would have been impressed if it gave returns for sausage but this is so much worse than it was before. The returns are a bit weird too - why does each food have a magnifying glass next to it that doesn't do anything different? Bad interface design there.
And while you are adding foods the custom foods only has an alphabetical list of a few while the recent is much longer. Almost everytime I try to add those I have to click twice - again bad interface design.
Login needs to be more permanent - this site is one that people will check in on often. Making it harder to do that will only mean they'll stop going because it's too much work to login to the site 6 or more times a day.

Wow, had a meeting with the boss today.
He's hot and heavy to have me buy the shop now, but I was wanting to wait until the entrepreneur's class I am taking is finished and I have a business plan written. The problem is the one bank I was planning to approach for an SBA loan, the same bank he uses for the shop, when he asked them whether they were giving business loans...they said it wasn't likely. The only way it'll happen is by getting a personal loan, making the business plan inapplicable for financing purposes. I'll get my figures together and meet with them later this week to see how much I qualify for. Wish me luck.
