There are only 1,600 (or some small number) panda bears left on Earth.I'll bet there are more Schwinns.
Whew being home for 3 days is tough, especially with the kittens. I have to wake up, clean the room, feed them twice a day, feed the mom cat outside, play with the kittens, and then clean their room again while swiffering the kitchen room floor.

Drinking coffee. Need to poop. Feeling unmotivated. Gonna be filling out datasheets all day.
A friend is comming back into town tonight after taking a month of summer law courses in Oxford. I should be excited. But the thought of going out to a bar tonight kinda has me grinding my teeth.
I need to figure out why I've been so cranky and ****ty lately.

Morning foosters. I just ate a pre-made baconeggncheese and it was short on bacon and cheese and expensive. I won't be buying from there anymore.
I had a Special K bar and am now having an iced cappucchino from Tim Hortons. Sinus problems. *sigh*
I'm sitting in an airport hotel in Portland (Raddison), eating a bagel and checking the computer in the breakfast room. Got in late last night from Chicago, and didn't want to drive down to Eugene. I guess I'll poke around Portland today, do a bit of shopping and maybe a museum. Chicago is sure a busy place, reminds me of the line in Wizard of Oz, "Oh Toto, there's NO place like home"
I think I'll go make a waffle in that flippy machine now, yummm!
I had to get up early to dead with kittens now im tired and out of monster energy:( The good thing is my Loki frame will be done today:D
I ate a piece of bread with ham on it and three strawberries. and two cups of coffee. I gave my cat some medicine, his eye is messed up...now I am going to go work on the bicycle painting.

Right now, I'm wondering why no moderators have done anything about the idiot who put links to porn and "cheap drugs" in introductions.

New bike build is done. It took the better part of yesterday. Then I rode like a maniac and feel that good burn of torn muscles that a solid workout gives. I forgot how fun it is to bomb hills on a MTB! After all this time on the fixie, it's a good change.
Recovering with my new healthy diet. Did stir-fry roasted corn, sauteed red peppers, zuchinni (sp), snap beans, soy sauce, and salmon with rice. :D Damn I can cook!

After about a year and a half fixed I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a new road bike. Gears and coasting here I come!
What're the details on your new build?

Around town will still be fixed, especially during the winter months. But for longer rides it'll be nice to have a road bike.

I have yet to take the roadie on a long ride. Maybe this week, but today, the mtb gets the nod cuz that's what I commuted with.

I'm going to eat dinner and go enjoy a ride. A road bike ride
I'm going to go wash the gravel and tar out of my flesh, and then post about Eboo's first crash!
I just found out that I dont have all the peices for my loki's headset, and now I have to buy a new one:(

Battlefield Military Police.
In the game battlefield 2 there is a persistent ranking system, and there's a set of rules for the ranked servers called the ROE. The BFMP are the admins that enforce the ROE.
However I wouldn't mind being a moderator here, although I doubt it's going to happen :P
And now my front derailleur's clamp from my bruiser is too big for the loki. Thats another 25extra bucks.=|

Awesome! Post pics! Oh, and glad you're OK. :)
EJ, ebay all the crap you can't use on the Loki and measure twice before you buy. BTW, I think the Loki would make a nice SS mtb. Might need an Eno eccentric hub if you have vertical dropouts though.
I'm watching tv and thinking about dinner. Or is it the other way around?

I got back from my ride a while ago. I'm still kind of unstable on my road bike, so I actually got passed by a geezer on a downhill, but I of course passed him on the next uphill. Also, in an embarrasing moment, my crappy surplus SPD's from my brothers trek caused me to fall over at a stop light. Fun night though.

Were there any attractive women around to witness? I found that's usually the reason when I can't clip out of my SPDs...

If nobody saw you fall, then it never happened.
I'm watching the Mythbusters blow **** up.
Silently cursing out the three BMX riding kids that plowed into me tonight. They came at me from around a blind curve, residential. Pros: Minimal traffic, slow speeds, cool asphalt burn. Cons: I can't say I've never had a crash now.

Mythbusters are freaking awesome!!! Did you see the one where they were trying to do the paint splatter bomb? Flipping brilliant.

I wish! I'm kinda mad that I don't get to document Eboo's first crash...my sister has my camera for some kind of "vacation" nonsense. Maybe it will scar (I doubt it)...

Yeah, that was awesome. Didn't work, but it was still awesome. They were doing the mentos + diet coke thing tonight and also blowing stuff up w/ hydrogen and oxygen.
As for the BMX kids, how many of them did you take down w/ you and did you manage to give them any disfiguring scars?

Last night at 2:00 am a skunk sprayed off. I ran outside with my pellet gun, but it was gone. I've got a live trap set up right now.

I suck at life. I only got one of them, and he has no scars to speak of. HE landed in the grass. Though I did chuckle when he yelled at me for getting his BRAND NEW PAIR OF HELLA EXPENSIVE WHITE SHOES DIRRRRTAY!!! That amused me.

It was gooood! It also hadn't gone past it's expiry date so that was a bonus. Now I just need to buy more yogurt. How's the leg?
Eboo: Pics of rad road rash!
I'm finishing up lunch (chicken tikka masala) and cruising BF.
