I played when I was a freshman in high school. It didn't stick as well as Magic did.

I never was into scouts. It did bug me that my brother got to do all this fun stuff, though. I used to get so jealous when he'd tell me about his camping, river rafting and repelling. We had girls camp in church and the most exciting that ever got was a nature hike and testimony meeting. Bleh.

ok, so by the time i was 18 I wanted to party, too... but with a mission ;) we did a lot of community outreach and had our fun too.

either way, both of them really tuned my people skills and leadership abilities, so it was a good thing.

fraternities, however... are a different story (do not approve).

But I did learn how to tie knots using licorice.. the rope kind. Its come in handy in my rock climbing :)
