I need a vacation. Instead, I'm eating a bowtie and coffee for breaky. I had to cancel a business trip because of my leg which is both good (the plane ride would've been hell) and bad (I have to dial-in to meetings where they actually need me).

Classic - which is odd because usually it's all about the Black Cherry Vanilla or Diet with Lime but I just needed the straight up variety today. Staying awake is such a trial.

Recovering from yesterday's mini-epic. I decided to keep the big chainring and 13t cog. A big gear just makes you stronger, and I'm loving the results, so why stop now. I'm finally getting the physique I wanted.:)

I still haven't figured out how I skidded sideways down that damn-near vertical 10ft. transition yesterday.:eek: I know my Ned Overend studies have been inspiring. But I didn't expect to pull off a stunt like that in such a short period of time!!!:D (FUN) Boy, do I :love: mountain biking!:beer:

HAHA!!! Watching Dirty Jobs. The host had to hold an artificial vagina for a stud horse while the horse humped a piece of gymnastic equipment. The host had to wear a small yellow bicycle helmet.

[e] Not only that, but they actually didn't film the first time the horse did his business so they got the camera working, the trainer took the horse out for a walk and 5 min. later, the horse killed another kitten! Dayum!

Again, if you have a leer jet feel free to pay michigan a visit. You pay for jet fuel and I'll pay for coffee. Theres a starbucks in Royal Oak. Or more realisticaly, where you live, you can put on a blindfold, walk 20 paces, and find yourself a starbucks.

By the way, the floors not even done yet. The tile work has yet to be done.
