If Hello Kitty could talk, she would tell you that there is nothing wrong with her, beyond the fact that she has no mouth.

Neoteny, man. It's what makes babies, kittens, puppies, and Brittany Spears (of old), cute.

Admit it. If you saw that thing walking toward you in real life, you'd be shrieking in terror. Until it falls over and can't get up because it's so freaking top heavy, that is...

A brand new Trials bike. The company went out of business, and an Ebay store bought all the remaining stock. They were unaware of the product, and misspelled the aution title, so the bids were buried. PERFECT SETUP FOR A WIN!It was a nice secret for a sec., then the word got out and they sold out with BIN in one day (yesterday).
My bid was one of the last no reserve auctions. It went from $0.99 to $113.00 in 8 min.!
The bike brand new is about $600.00.:( Oh, well...I suck at Ebay. It's like falling in love with a girl that's dating you just so she can hook up with your best friend. It just winds you up then*POOF* Nothin'.:crash:
Rectaly... think South Park ;)

TIME TO RIDE THE GIMP! It may weight damn near 40 pounds, and have a huge gear, but when I'm done, dammit, I'm gonna feel like I beat something today*

I have see some of ZubZubs posts.
Clyde doesn't get to use the computer much any more between his little girl and me. I let him know you said HI. I am living with him temporaly as the EX kicked me out. Funny how fast your life can change when you fall asleep at the wheel.

Sometimes you just need to leave the car behind in a wreck, and start walking the rest of your journey.
Or, get a bicycle.(But sometimes you have to leave all things behind, and travel light!):)

That's what I am learning but with kids and the IRS involved there is a conection I can't break completly.
Jason, sorry to hear about what's going on in your life.
The Acros (chemical vendor) rep dropped off a t-shirt for the grad student in my lab bay who's responsible for chemical orders. Only problem is, he's pretty skinny (6' tall, 150 lb), and the t-shirt is size XL. A girl in the lab bay told us she and her husband once tried fitting into a big t-shirt together, and that she thought she and the other girl in the lab bay could fit together into that t-shirt. (Both of them are around 5'5", perhaps 110-120 lb.) So they tried, and they managed to wear the t-shirt together.
That was our end of lunch amusement for the day. Now it's back to work.

I am truly sorry to hear that, Cycle. I wish you all the best.
Please do tell Clyde "Hi" for me. One of you sent me a map of the trails in your area. I gave it to my boss and now he's mocking something up for this area. Thanks for that. Seriously, this program (bike commuting) wouldn't have been the success it was without all of you at BF. I did the net source list the other day and had a whole bunch of threads listed.

Lex,
Clyde was the one who got that off to you. Haveing my life turned upside down has made me see many things in a new light just wish I didn't have to go thought everything to finally see the light. It is good to hear that lthings are going well on the commuter front in your area. hope you and your family are doing well.
jschen,
Reminds me I got a shirt in the mail yesterday from a vendor. I also picked up a dino from a vendor at the last campus products show. I hope your research is going better then mine right now... the last 3 antibodies I probed with on my westerns have come up with blank films even if the boss says they should be there. (Why did he think 10 yeasr old freeze thawed samples were going to work for this????)
doo dee doo dee doo...

My mom's library is always busy as can be. Must be nice working in a calm library.
By the way, I forgot where it is, but I heard an interview on the radio with this library that allows viewing of porn on their computers, and even stocks the big name porn mags on the periodical shelves.
It's hit or miss. I work in an academic library for med students, and this is their intersession. It'll get busy again in about a week when classes start back up.
For the record: people CAN look at porn on our computers, we have no legal way of stopping them from LOOKING. We kick them off when they bust out their...umm...yeah. Or when they are looking at blatently illegal porn. Or if someone complains about heavy breathing.

I don't think embarassment is a concern for anyone who has the gumption to jack off in a crowded library.

Hmmm...my pants are tighter after reading this...
Anyways, I just ordered dinner and just watching TV. I also took a nice nap after work, one of the benefits of working from home. Also looking over the video games in my wishlist and wondering if I should buy any of them. Some of them have been out for a while and should be pretty cheap by now.
