Alas, it has already been disposed of. I choked down the last bit for breakfast about 3 hours ago.

I propose that we start having a word of the day. I nominate "ecru", in honor of Explody Pup's avatar. :p
This seems to be a very popular color throughout the Universe...

Besides, you told me blueberries make you gassy. And what's worse than a gassy, exploding pup?
Mmmm pie. No Makeout Point, I have my reputation to think about.
mmm pie. What happens when we say ecru? Does everyone go nuts like on PeeWee's playhouse?

It might be a frightening thing to witness, but that is what I was made for. I assure you, despite the loud noises and toxic fumes, it's perfectly safe and perfectly natural.

That's not fair! I want to go for a ride!
Guess I'll have to wait till lunch. I'm totally psyched to ride at lunch today. I bought photochromatic sunglasses a WEEK ago, and I have yet to know what they look like in their "dark" state, since every single ride I've taken this week has been cloudy, rainy, or foggy. It's just starting to get SUNNY so I'll actually get to put these babies to use!

Weather has been a big el sucko since the weekend, so it's a good thing I have fenders on my beater so I can still get out and ride.

Yay toys! And yay fenders, jyo: i was psyched when I put mine on, too. Though I miss the feel of gutter water sleucing up my back...

Psssh! I wear a muddy roostertail as a mark of distinguishment when it rains. :D
Yep, one cool bike. Felts are hot.
Agreed. By hotness alone, if I ever get a TT/tri bike, Felts and Cervelos are at the top of my list of possibilities.
We have more people for Saturday's ride now. :) I hear the guy who sold me my Cervelo is going to show up.
I haven't been riding. Wanted to ride this morning, but decided to take another day off since my right knee was still a tiny bit sore. It's always the right side. I think it's because of heel-toe downshifts on the drive afterward on days I have to drive to where I'm riding. I might do a flat ride tomorrow (if so, explicitly with the hope of breaking my personal best average speed) or I might just take it easy until this weekend, which looks to be a ~12k vertical foot weekend.

Oh yeah, I miss the feeling of dirty street water running down my back into my shorts. It made me feel so much faster. But I'll stick w/ the fenders. :)

I had some of my wonderful peach cobbler for breakfast. Mmm...cobbler! Of course, I probably would've just eaten a couple peanut butter laden boiled cookies if my mom hadn't come over and stole 'em yesterday. Eh, I didn't need 'em anyway.
I've gotta finish installing my motorcycle mirrors and peel some apples...not at the same time. Later, Foo nation!:)

CURSES! The clouds JUST rolled in. 5 minutes before I head out for my lunchtime ride. I've been foiled again!
(Mind you, I'll still ride. But I'm dying to experience the coolness of color-changing lenses now that I've paid for them!)

Photochromatic lenses are the ones that get lighter or darker in response to the level of light. i.e. they get darker when it's sunny.
I'm happy to report that the clouds went away a few miles into my ride. Yay! My glasses darkened accordingly. I feel so spiffy!

True, but my physical's tomorrow and I really need to get the prep work done on my cobbler so I can just pop it in the oven tomorrow. My Ducati looks pretty rad with the new bar end mirrors, I must say. Low profile, baby!:)

I know how you feel. I'm getting over a knee injury myself that kept me off the bike. Still can't do the mileage I did before, but at least I can get out for a ride now.

Not too bad I'd guess. Last Michigander I didn't even wash my shorts once except when I went swimming in them.

Apparantly you do, 4 days ago. The "yummy stanka" literally is brewing, though. Better watch out, your goodies may not like that. Neither will your girlfriend, when she gets a yeast infection from you .
