Here's a little story. The original plan for this weekend was that a couple of my friends were going to come up and we were gonna go biking. With the crappy weather and snow, those plans got cancelled. Then I was planning on getting a ride home so I could party and hang out with my friends. I forgot that I had a test this afternoon, so I couldn't get a ride from the person I was supposed to go with. So, I'm stuck up here at school alone on a really crappy weekend. I'm depressed.

I just got back from an honors ceremony at my school. Didn't seem like there were too many people there. I met up with a few people I know and had no idea they were doing so well. It was fun. Free food. Can't complain. My mom sucks at taking pictures, though :o

Today is basically "French Day" here in Atlanta. The High Museum just recieved a multi-million dollar loan from The Lourve in Paris! After my French Vanilla coffee, and Garlic Chicken Noodle soup (It's quite chilly...perfect for a ride -no humidity!) I intend to ride down there just in time for the Dog Show and watching the multitudes from the lawn as I enjoy some sliced apples and cheese from the comfort of my old Raleigh 3-speed (which I realize makes a lousy commuter it's so heavy, but a perfect station wagon for picnics.) Oh- coffee's done.....I'll return in a sec and sip while I carouse.

I think you'll find foo is about as nice as it gets on the web. I've used a lot of forums, and foo is really pretty nice. Occasionaly it will get ugly, but for the most part everybody just has fun.

foo is probably the nicest place in here! but this is a place where people joke around, I think you get to know people pretty well and it's becomes OK for them to tease you at times.

Getting ready for a ride tomorrow. Doing an epic mountain bike ride from CT back into MA. Should be one ass-kicker of a ride. The guys who did it before are saying 8 hours on the trail. And these are fast riders. I was pretty excited just to get invited! A little nervous about my shoulder, but I should be fine as long as I don't crash.
