Foo - Whatcha doin'?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Jon! Thought you already went to bed!
Enjoy the chicken.
Me, more KimChee, another snort of Jack, then, hopefully, sleep for more than one hour at a time. :(
There was christmas music playing outside this room all day, didn't want to go out there and have my ears assaulted by music I hate. Now that the music is finally over and I'm yawning, I should head out

thinking about going for a ride tomorrow. should get up to 38 yea....
Sounds nice. Tomorrow I am going to race my brother and my trackstar cousin in a several mile footrace. Its known that my brother will win by a notable margin, he is a fantastic runner. But I should be able to put up some good competition for my cousin.
Edit: Oh snap, its Christmas, at least in Michigan!. Merry Christmas everyone!

Slightly dissapointed that my friends wussed out on rematch #3 on the old northeast sprint....I think they realized that I've spent enough time playing with the brick roads here to know the perfect gearing and candence to actually go faster than should be possible. It's very easy to hit 30mph on a mountain bike in that mess if you pick the right line and understand the physics behind what needs to be done to get as much power ont he ground as possible during the brief moments that you are on the ground. Bad part is it's pretty sketchy to try to stop as well at high speeds. Second good thing....the roads are so bumpy there that nobody drives on it unless they have a darn good reason to....those roads are known for damaging road bikes and messing up car's alignments.
Back story...we had a bet that whoever was last place had to buy drinks for everyone...they figured I would be last since that area is just so nasty, and since I was heavier than both of them I would take more punishment from it. Well I dropped them so bad that by the time they got to the bar up by my place, I already ordered a bucket of beers and had it at the table. old northeast + mountain bike = myself getting scared for going so darn fast....but loving every last second of it :)

I think we're going to skit out on skiing tonight and go tomorrow instead. Now, for a glass of wine and a walk around town. :)
Nice, enjoy the walk, lots of Christmas lights in town? Skiing will be better tomorrow, you'll have the place to your selves, have fun.

Besides dont you owe me an intellectually stimulating contribution to my thread about Foo?
Almost done cooking....these things happen at a different rate than the expected instant witicisms of the interwebs!
Funny you mention it though. I find myself composing thoughts on the subject while taking long stops on the trail by the lake.

Irish Setter.
He's a long haired miniature dachshund. :) My four year old has been begging for a 'weiner dog' for months and wouldn't give up on it!
