Anything after mid 80's downtube will likely be indexed shifting, the aero levers are a tip that it is new enough to be indexed.

Siu Blue Wind - this is something that always makes me feel better during stressful times. I remember back to another situation that I thought was awful and how after it was all said and done, I got through it and it wasn't as bad as I imagined.

when you get to the other side of this - it will be over - nothing last forever, it just feels like it.

Pork and beans - full can
Frozen Mushrooms
Cottage cheese
Hot dogs
Hot Sauce

Tastefully layer all ingredients in large bowl - nuke until cheese is bubbling - It taste surprisingly good - and looks incredibly bad.

Neither was anyone else in my family. Just because I once while camping made chocolate macaroni n cheese no one trust my cooking...

You see, we forgot the milk to go with mac n cheese and while search for it found something with milk in it - Hot cocoa. It did seem like a good idea at the time but the combination was a tad bit weird I will admit.

Doctor's appt today. Mostly good with a little bad.

Blood sugar A1c - great (4.9)
Cholesterol - LDL has improved to 104 (yay...no meds!!)
Blood Pressure - Not so good. I'm up to 150/85. Bums me out since I had worked myself down to about 115/75. Oh well, gives me something to work on. :D
