fallen trees ( having been cleared earlier) had the
Parks department close part of the roadways.
Megan suggested we fall a tree every Tuesday night
at strategic parts so Wednesday would give us access
but deny motor cars.
I pointed out trees take a while to grow and someone might notice.. :0)

I just got back from my range trip. We couldn't make the video recording feature work, but we got some cool pictures. I even had the opportunity to shoot a Socom.

Its no more accurate than my P220, but the 12 round capacity is nice. The $1,700 price tag is not.

A $1700 pistol is not about the performance, it's about the aesthetic. :)
For Aesthetics, I'll take my Sig or 1911 instead of a Socom. They have a mediocre trigger, the look and feel of a Glock since its plastic, and the heft of a Desert Eagle. Sure its accurate, but Sig is every bit as accurate for 1/3 the cost.

Same here. I've been on all of three dates since the beginning of 2005. That's counting the time Brandy and I had dinner together. So that leaves two dates with people who were "available". One of the times, it wasn't even clear whether it constituted a "date". Which leaves one event since 2005 that is clearly recognizable as a romantic date. And I haven't so much as talked to or e-mailed that person for over a year now.
