Foo - Whatcha doin'?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
You should be spending your time developing a machine that burns CD's for you.
There is one - it's attached to my computer - sadly it needs me to put them in and hit the "burn" button. It will miss me horribly.

Good Day, BikeForums Nation.
I'm leaving again on a couple more training days in Central Maine and then I'm headed up to Mount Desert Island ...This time for the real deal. The weather forcast now states that it would be cloudy the first couple of days, but I'm willing to accept that. After all, I did need to plan ahead and put my money up for a room in a bed-and-breakfast. I just hope it doesn't rain all the time I'm there.
What's up with you?

Trying to get through today and tomorrow here at work. If the weather gods cooperate for the weekend, I'll be happy. Working on the weekly company newsletter today.

I'm trolling the boards after working this morning. I got a 20-miler in before work, and just ate a sushi lunch with a banana for dessert...I feel awesome! :)
To top it off, I just rented one of my favorite movies of all time (A River Runs Through It), and I'll be watching it as soon as my scrubs and cycling clothes are ready to be hung.
peace,
David

Tanning and getting hair done on the same day?!?!? That's just crazy!! :p
Remember, you still owe pictures in your new jersey. Preferably action pictures, or a podium shot. :D

I thought it was a perfect lunch, and I LIVE for that movie! There's so many things I like about it, so many great performances. I don't see many movies more than once, and this'll be number four for River. Different strokes... ;)

I wonder if they need to retire all threads that are 3k posts and up and start new threads. I seriously see 5-10 times more stars now then I did a year ago when I first joined and the servers are 10-30 times slower too.

I had a biug chicken sandwhich. I like these chicken patties as opposed to the chicken patties i had been using. These are more tastier. I think they're also alot more expensive. Not that I should really be worrying about that. Damn cheapskate in me.

Good morning! I just finished a pb&j bagel (crunchy!) and coffee and now I'm just putzing around waiting for my vacation to start. And then I'm gonna be having some crazy-ass fun for the next couple weeks! Although probably I'll just be on BF kickin' it w/ all the other BF nerds. ;) Hey BDG, good luck this weekend. Show no mercy!
Just finished eating oatmeal, now just counting down the hours till leaving work. Can't wait to get home and spend 3days with bf, we have plans of riding, riding, and yes more riding.
Burning Cds and drinking a Banana Coconut Frappacchino. mmmmmmmmm
Co-worker and I are about the start planning which businesses to invade with our dastardly bike plan next week. mwahahahahahahahahaha.

That's so sweet. I remember being young and in love - well, maybe not young....and maybe the love part is a bit misty in the distance. Where am I again?

I thought bf meant us, not someone else. ;)

Well we're not teenagers by any means. But yes 32 is young. Its just nice to have a partner who loves the same things as you and both of you have fun doing those things!!!!
Plus we love our beautiful state of Colorado so much to see and do! :D

CRAP, my secret is OUT!!! :D
Just got back from loosening up my legs for this weekend. Nice easy ride, never dropping into the granny ring. (And barely any elevation.) About to shower, then eat breakfast.
BDG, good luck this weekend. :) I've been reading your posts about the upcoming race. Hope you do well, and hope you enjoy the experience.
Oh, and happy Friday, everyone! :) (What's the official term now? BikeForums nation? Foosters? Whatever we're all called at this hour.)

Hey, 32 is young....I know the younger we are the younger old tends to be. As children we can't imagine living past 30. I think it's great that you and bf have so much in common. Mostly I was joking - but I do think you're young and I think it's wonderful that you're able to do so many fun things together. :D
btw - how was Florida? I kept meaning to ask you and just kept forgetting.

I'm 37, but honestly...I feel like...maybe 30 at the most physically. You're only as old as you feel & think. We have a guy "Sol" in my cycling club who is 79 and still rides with us every weekend. I hope I'm still riding at 79!
