Well phooey. I was convinced that almost none of the pictures I took at my sister's wedding came out worth a damn, but I transferred them over to my laptop today for grins, and lo and behold, most of them look fine. My old beater of a monitor is just much worse than I thought.

I may need to look more seriously into a replacement, probably something from Samsung or Apple. Something larger than this 15" will be nice, too...

Thanks, oddly I'm not a heavy user (like two shots a day), but my system is somehow wired to maximize the effect. Four strong cups is like meth without having to cook it up in woods.

I called my buddy to find out if he wanted to help me burn through some of my 2,400 rounds for my new CZ tomorrow, and he says he decided to just up and fly to West Virginia to visit his grandparents, and that he'll be back next week. *sighs* Looks like I'm going shooting alone tomorrow.

I was in the Apple store today. Talkin' about a kid in a candy shop! It was almost as much fun as a bike shop!! :D

Have you given it up?I've given up regular use, yeah. I used to be a heavy user (8-12 sodas a day), but I quit cold turkey a few years ago. I've found myself drinking a few caffeinated sodas lately, since it can be hard to find anything without at gas station soda fountains and the like, but I only drink the caffeine free stuff at home.


But lookin' at the receipt was a buzzkill.Heh, yeah, you can easily and quickly drop a lot of cash on shiny stuff in those stores.

'morning Foo. Ended up skipping the gym again this morning... almost been 2 weeks since I've gone :eek:. I need to renew my membership next time I'm in too. Bah.

Had a fun group ride last night at the ski hill near here, only problem is they have big rock gardens, some of which you have to climb up, and rocks just make me nervous on a bike. None of my usual riding spots are rocky so I'm not used to them and they make me nervous so I end up not riding stuff I could probably ride :( Only way to fix that is to ride there more often though :D

Today should be fun, after work I have to go camping shopping and pack, then out to the pub with my friends for our usual Thursday night pub night. Except the GM and one of the owners of the company I work for are coming too, and possibly some other co-workers. Should be interesting :lol:

Morning Foo. I'm feeling pretty good considering the ride last night and the time I went to bed. Last thing I remember was the cat kneading the bed beside me and purring, then her meowing very loudly this morning around 5:30 to go out. silly cat.

Well, it's either 2 more days till the weekend or 1.5 days....I'm leaning towards the 1.5 days plus Monday off:D

Just finished a chicken biscuit from the cafeteria...I can already tell its going to sit there like a rock all morning. For some reason I'm really tired this morning too. I need another 2 or 3 hours of sleep, but that's not gonna happen. Oh well, on the brighter side,tomorrow's Friday and its gonna be a longer weekend.

Morning! Nice ride in - got a good pump going too - flew down some stairs and surprised a couple elderly women who looked rather shocked as I zoomed by. :D It was a morning where I ran into people I knew. 18 wheeler blasted me - and waved, coupla motorcycles rumbled by - came to a stoplight and one yelled over, HEY BABY! And of course all heads turned - hehe, ahem, (the guy was no small guy, and would be the picturesque big bad gnarly bearded tattoed member of a well known motorcycle club). :D And of course I knew him. Today was the day.

So it's off for coffee, forgot an important article of clothing so I hope no one can see thru the skirt. :D
