We just came in from Belize this morning at about 5am. Most awesome trip ever...hiked in the central american jungle. climbed Mayan temples. stepped over 1500 year old Myan pots to see Myan skeletal remains deep in a cave. We had to swim and climb to get to the site. then went snorkeling in the carribean sea. I will post some pictures later of the wedding and the adventuring. I am kind of tired now lol. It is good to be back!!! I was so happy to see my bike!!! ;)

I've never been to the State Fair. Maybe I'll hop on Amtrak and go. I can be there around 11am, and take the 4:30pm train home. They make a special stop right across from the fairgrounds while the Fair is on. <lookin' up fare>

Sipping a glass of '95 Columbia Crest Merlot right now.
And I might add, for a Merlot, it has aged quite well....very nice finish, and the tannins have softened very much.
I had forgotten I even had the 95 Merlot...but it was worth the looking for.

I just got home after a really nice ride in wine country with a pal. The sun was shining for the first time this week, and for some reason, there was almost no cars or trucks on the road. We rode up to Sweet Cheeks Winery for a break, sat on the patio with a glass of the recently released 2006 Pinot Noir, it is VERY tasty! Still light here, not sure what to do, I was invited to a play, that may be fun too.
