Foo - Whatcha doin'?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Gabbleton is a very harsh, unforgiving place sometimes.

Plan for the day is to take my roadie out for a spin, and stay in a specific gear combo throughout. I need to get a feel for how a 60" gear compares to the 86" I currently have on my SS. Because that's how low I plan to go when I put the studded tyres on. If I feel it's too low today, I could go with 67" instead, but I'll see...
So, it'll be 39-16 for the entire ride. :)
It's early over here.
Ugh, what time is it? Computer says 5:30, cell phone says 6:30.
What time zone are you in? It's 6:30 on the east coast right now and 3:30 on the west coast. Some older electronics may be wrong because they're thinking that we're changing our clocks today. That now happens a few weeks later.
Anyway, off to my carpool partner's place for a glorious century ride where I'll be sporting my BF Texas jersey for the first time. :)

Eastern time zone. Yeah, I think my computer was just being dumb. Oh well, if I just happen to show up to work an hour late today, I'll have an excuse...:p

We changed over the past night. All of the EU nations at the same time.

sure....but did you really have to share the part about the sausage? ewww!
explody pup
10-28-07, 10:03 AM
I know. Sausage (raccoon feet, boots, hot dogs, new paper, various spices) is pretty gross, but the french toast gets lonely without it.

Good morning. Doing a little housekeeping in A&S, then I think I should really do some in my own house...
Blah. Good morning, Foo.
My intent was to go for a ride with some Northern California Bikeforums folks, but I never found the place, so I drove back empty-handed. Got up early on a Sunday for nothing. Double-meh.

Eh, I dunno. I don't really know where to go, and I'm kind of burnt out on the idea now. Maybe I'll go for a short ride around the neighborhood at some point.

Back from my metric ride this morning. What a beautiful day for a ride! 38F to start, 60 at the finish and perfect clear blue skies. 63 miles, 4:03 ride time, 4:12 total time, about 6000' climbing. That's pretty much a solo effort today, so a good training ride.

what happened to your wimmin's, BWNC? Glad to hear it was a good ride!
