so, you spend $800 on a new bike.you have it for 2 weeks and its going good until u notice that ur hub is ghosting and the freewheel function doesnt work.you talk ur wheel off, pop the driver out and you cant see a problem.put it back in and it seems ok until you put the wheel back on and tighten it up and it will not freewheel at all (or move for that matter).take it out pull out a seal and a spacer between the bearings in the driver and put it back in...it now works But you have no ratchet noise at all and your drivetrain sounds really bad.what do u do?
Go back to the shop and let them fix it for you.

Be sure to yell and scream if it doesn't go your way.
That rarely works in our shop. Oh wait, I don't work there any more. Give it a go. :)

thanks, i intend to do that...seeing as its only a week and a half since i got it. but i think my tampering with it will void any claim i may have to dk(its a dk 4 pack) if the shop cant fix it(i have ground the washer from inbetwwen the drivers bearings down half thickness).but my tampering has got it going, but not the same as it was and the ratchet is unhearable now. will getting new sping and pawls fix it? i think its not looking to good for my cassette.
If they don't cover it, you'll have learned a valuable lesson.

Cassettes can be varied and relatively complex in design. There's not much any of us can reasonably do over the internet to help you fix the problem yourself, the best route it to go to someone in person (like the shop) and have them deal with it or show you what's going on.

Looks like someone just gave away his second username.
Why would you want two usernames?

So that you can troll with the other one, without anyone knowing it's you. Which is precisely what he was doing; it just looks like he was too stupid to switch usernames before making a serious post.
Yeah, I found his other posts where he claims to have a huffy that is titanium. more like tiLAMEium. HAHA.
