125 hands down. The components are better. The frame itself is similar in quality. There are a few minor things I didn't like about the 125 but hell, even the rims are good quality while the ditchwitch are crap (on the stuff).
Wow even better quality hubs (I am one of the few who don't mind formula). Get the 125.

the 125 is a better bike by specs, not you just need to determine fit
