Oh, they work alright,but promise at most a 5% increase in performance which means actual enhancement that you would get is about 3%. At about $5000-$7000 per unit you've got to ask yourself if spending that kind of money and possibly asking your wife to sleep in the tent with you is worth a 3% improvement. To a pro level athlete that 3% could be huge, but for an average guy like me, probably not.
