Read this question, come up with an answer and then scroll down to the bottom for the result. This is not a trick question. It is as it reads. No one I know has got it right.
A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing. She believed him to be her dream guy so much, that she fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him. A few days later she killed her sister.
Question: What is her motive for killing her sister?
[Give this some thought before you answer, see answer below]

Answer:
She was hoping the guy would appear at the funeral again. If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath. This was a test by a famous American Psychologist used to test if one has the same mentality as a killer.
Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly.

:roflmao: good one. I was thinking that perhaps she found out that the man was married to her sister. or that the events were unrelated. I guess this means i'm not a psychopath right?????????????? right?????????? :(

OMG!!! That's excatly what I thought! That he was her sister's new husband and she killed her so they could be together--I think we have a hint of psychopath!
 Oh no! I think like a psychopath!
Must be all the true crime shows I watch. Yes, that's the answer. Not me. Totally not me.
Wait....talking to myself isn't good either, is it?

Heh, good one. The only problem I have with it is "Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly." If they did, give me some references. Names, places, a study, who was the "famous American Psychologist", if he was famous he ought to be well published.
I was thinking more like everyone else here, maybe the guy came as the sister's date or whatever.
Maybe psychopaths are just smarter then the rest of us!

I was going for, she had always wanted to turn her sister's skin into a pretty dress. Fortunately that doesn't make me a psychopath, or so the angry voices in my head tell me.
I thought the sister had eloped with the dude or something...........which would be enough of an excuse for any love-crazed idiot to kill.

Apparently, we think along the same lines...
As to thinking like a psychopath. In thinking back on my childhood, I got into my fair share of mischief and then some. When most people get caught doing something wrong or even breaking the law, there is some sort of punishment. I have come to find out that the punishment is supposed to deter the wrongdoer from committing the offense again. My mindset always, always goes straight to, "What can I change in how I did this so I don't get caught, next time."
Psychopath may be an overstatement of my thinking, but it probably falls on the criminal side of the fence.

That was no meer "stranger" at the funeral. He was having an affair with the mother Blanche AND the sister Clarissa. And when Clarissa found out about it she killed her mother. Later, at the funeral the other sister Veronica meets this "stranger" Adolpho who she later finds (during the wake no less) in the arms of Clarissa. She confronts her and Clarissa admits to the long standing affair with Adolpho and the fact that she killed Blanche when she learned she had seduced Adolpho at their last personal training session. Veronica in a grief stricken rage attacks Clarissa and chokes her to death. A stunned Adolpho pulls Veronica off Clarissa...only moments too late. With her mother and sister now dead...Veronica, fearing capture flees with Adolpho to his house boat in Key West.
