Oh my gosh! Congratulations! She is absolutely beautiful!!!! Most babies when born don't come out that good looking at first but she is one VERY beautiful child. You have certainly been blessed! Good job, Skiahh and Mrs. Skiahh! You are so lucky. :) :) :)

TwinCam - yes, she's my/our first one.

Blue and everyone, thank you! We do feel blessed and, given the fact that Mrs. Skiahh is a T1 diabetic, very fortunate that she's so perfect. She worked very hard on her blood sugars every day of the pregnancy (probably three times as hard as when she's not pregnant) and it's paid off in spades.

wow congrats. Been thought that 3 times now but they have all come up boys. A LiteSpeed trike would be cool, but you know that means she will what a costume bike by the time she is 5 though right.


You should take as much time off while you can for her birth. I wish I had for the first one. This is a great time to bond.
