I couldn't decide whether this should be training, safety or humour (feel free to move it…)
I did an hour on the rollers this evening, and had Bike-O-Vision #2 "Puerto Rico" in the DVD, and was cruising along at around 22 mph, and had the music up (Mozart from what I remember…) and suddenly on my left, a bloody dog starts barking! It scared the living daylights of me - I almost fell off the bike. I stopped and rewound, and sure enough, there in the corner of the picture there was a dog (at about 39:16 into the film). Bastards!!!! ;)
