Track Cycling: Velodrome Racing and Training Area - De bernardi or panasonic frame???
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
This would be an entry level bike. I can get either frame (for roughly the same $$) and plan to build it with a miche group. Does anybody have any opinions? Would be for use in PP in Brooklyn and Kissena. I am riding a road conversion panasonic now.

de bernardi si not track geo where as panasonic is. If your riding on track that should be enough. not to mention the very bad paint job on the dernardi. It chips worse than the first of a male duo strip team.

I'd say Panasonic easy, just because on the whole their stuff is well made and great riding. My friends Panasonic Keirin frame is just lovely.
Hard to say more than that without some specifics on the model/frame you're considering.
However my impression of the Debernadis is similar to Jamtastic. Their paint is awful and several folks on the SS/FG forum have mentioned quality control issues such as wonky rear 'brake' bridges etc.
Some info on Panasonics on the SS/FG forum:
I am looking at the NJS panasonic and Zonal Debarnardi.
