Can anyone comment on the value of taking a digestive enzyme supplement? I find certain types of foods [like the usual culprits of broccoli] difficult to digest.

4kids1wife? Me to. The only enzyme I know of is "Beano" and it works pretty good on hi-fart foods.

not too sure digestive enzyme will benefit that situation. Digestive enzyme is largely pancreatic digestive enzyme, and should be substituted when the first inclination is to supress acids (prilosec, pepcid, etc)
