Commuting - No moderator?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

How come there is no moderator for Commuting? I suppose it is because we are all too busy riding. I'll bet the auto forums have more posts, since the drivers can rush home to their computers, or maybe they are too lethargic and can barely click the "on" button on the TV remote.

I nominate JonR for moderator.

Thanks but no way--I might do something crazy like decide only posts written in French were appropriate on a given day. Besides, you don't want a moderator who always stops with his left foot down and therefore crashes when the road slopes that way.

I nominate Pete who is not only more easy-going but a Sumo Champ. That's the kind of moderator commuters need! :)

Where would I find the time?

Anything will make you laugh after only 2 hours of sleep.

I've been there.

Maybe we need to have a honorary moderator...all the glory without any of the work.

Now that's my kind of work.

I'm older. I get it. (Only kidding, I don't want it even if it's no work and all play.)

That's great! Like Queen Elizabeth. A head of state for tv and public affairs only.

I mean... er... Je veux dire...

C'est magnifique! Comme la Reine Elizabeth. Un chef d'état seulement pour la télé et des affaires publique.
