you can use bikeprolog (http://www.bikeprolog.com) which is online. I have also seen CrossTrak (http://www.crossTrak.com) which is a pretty good downloadable standalone application. It comes in a freeware version that is pretty good, or you can buy the full.

Since I'm a designer and programmer by trade, I actually made one up for myself which is sort of simple but is nice to keep track of simple stats on my computer. It has a journal built into it. I was thinking about packaging it up and releasing it in some simple form. Of course you'll need to have some server space somewhere. You can take a look here:
