I don't know whether or not it would fit and I don't think it would be a good idea.

The Addams Trail-a-Bike (and others like it) attach to the seatpost. You need to have about 2" of exposed seatpost to attach the bike and you will probably need to adjust your rear suspension to take into account the added weight (15-25 lb). And even if you have the pre-requisite space, I'm not sure that a springing hitch would be good. My only experience with a Trail-a-Bike was with one I use for a year – and 1800 km ] on an unsuspended touring bike, but even then, I felt each movement my daughter made or even thought about, so I'm wondering how the Trail-a-Bike would have been on a suspended seatpost.

The Burley Piccolo attaches to the tractor bike via a special rear rack. It's much more stable than the Trail-a-Bike, but the real question is "Are you able to attach that rack onto your suspended bike?

Finally, even if you find a technical solution, bear in mind that your daughter won't be suspended. IOW, don't go too fast on rough trails!

Some tag along bikes with a rigid attachement may put too much strain on the seat post when the rear suspension goes down and eventually bend it.

I hesitated on attaching ours to my dual suspension mtb. Our t-a-b is a Gary Fisher.

Curious to hear also about other users experience.

I think this Adams hitch should work, it seems to have an articulation that could accomodate the up and down movements of your rear suspension.

See: http://www.trail-a-bike.com/interface/adams.php?loc=a&sku=of1&col=black

check with an LBS who carry this product.

Burley's Piccolo (trail-a-bike) comes with a special rack that is set up on the lead bike/tandem. Thre hitch part for the Piccolo is dead center of the special rack. Works great and tracks the lead bike 99% of the time, as compared to seatpost attached systems. Well worth the extra $$; and it even comes with its own rear derailleur/cassette shifting system.
